Qualification and Experience Level for Frontier Works Organization Jobs June 2023:

  1. Financial Analyst: Must have Degree in CA, ACCA, ACMA, or MBA Finance along with 12 – 16 Years Post Qualification Related Field Work Experience.
  2. Business Development Manager: Should having Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing / Finance) along with 12 16 Years Post Qualification Related Field Work Experience.
  3. Assistant Manager Revenue: ACCA, ACMA, or MBA Finance along with minimum of 3 Years Post Qualification Work Experience in Related Field.
  4. Assistant Manager Accounts: MBA Finance & Accounts or M.Com Degree along with minimum of 3 Years Post Qualification Work Experience in Related Field.
  5. Assistant Manager Procurement: Should have MBA (SCM) Degree along with minimum of 3 Years Post Qualification Work Experience in Related Field. The sector will prefer to those who have Mechanical Industry Field Experience.
  6. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager HR: MBA (HR) Degree along with minimum 3 – 8 Years Post Qualification Experience in HR Department.
